蝉花深层发酵培养条件优化的研究

摘　　要：研究了不同培养基、碳源、氮源、装液量、培养基初始pH值、摇床转速及培养温度对蝉花菌丝生长状况的影响。试验结果表明，以Richard液为培养基、葡萄糖为碳源、蛋白胨为氮源、装液量60mL、初始pH值为6．0～7．0，摇床转速为180r／min、培养温度为25℃时，有利于菌丝生长。The effects of different mediums, carbon sourees, nitrogen sources, liquid medium volume, initial pH of the culture medium, wave bed speeds and culture temperatures on growth of strain Cordyceps cicadae were observed. The favorable conditions were as follows： with Richard liquid as medium, glucose as carbon source, peptone as nitrogen source, fluid volume of 60 mL, initial pH6.0- 7.0, wave bed speed 180 r/min and culture temperature 25℃.
