摘 要:物流模式对荔枝的销售乃至荔枝产业的发展有着非常重要的影响。在理论分析和实际调研的基础上,分析了我国新鲜荔枝的供应链结构和特征,比较了常温物流模式、"土法"冷链物流模式和冷藏保温冷链物流模式等3种主要的荔枝物流模式,提出了我国荔枝物流存在的主要问题,包括荔枝冷链物流体系不完善、荔枝冷链物流技术落后、荔枝物流成本较高。最后,提出了加强荔枝供应链管理,推动农产品冷链物流补贴、减免费用和政策倾斜,完善荔枝冷链物流系统等建议。The logistics model had a very significant impact on the sales of litchi, event on the development of the industry. The aim of this paper was to explore the difference of the normal temperature logistics model, the "home-made" cold chain logistics model and the refrigerated cold chain logistics model, on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical research of the structure and characteristics of the supply chain of fresh litchi in China. By comparing the three major litchi logistics model, this paper presented the main problems of litchi logistics, including the imperfections of the litchi cold chain logistics system, backward in technology of litchi cold chain logistics, high cost of litchi logistics. Finally, this paper made recommendations including strengthening the litehi supply chain management, promoting the subsidies of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, reduction of costs and preferential policies, and improving litchi's cold-chain logistics system.
