摘 要:在常温(16.4~25.5℃)、限氧(DO=0.20~0.80 mg/L)条件下,以A/O除磷工艺出水为原水,在中试规模的反应器中采用SBR及高低氨氮(平均值分别为303.9和82.4 mg/L)交替进水方式,经过24个周期的连续运行成功实现了短程硝化,氨氮氧化率超过50%,亚硝化率超过90%。高FA(11.36 mg/L)、FNA(0.033 mg/L)及低DO(<0.80 mg/L)的联合抑制是实现亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)被淘汰的关键因子,而限时曝气策略是SBR短程硝化得以稳定维持的重要因素。在低氨氮、连续流下控制HRT为7~9 h、反应器各格室的曝气量为2~5 L/min、DO为0.10~0.60 mg/L,可使氨氮氧化率维持在55%左右,亚硝化率在95%以上,出水NO2--N/NH4+-N平均值为1.32,为后续厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)反应器提供了适宜的进水水质。The effluent of an anaerobic/oxic (A/O) process removing phosphorus from municipal wastewater was used to start up partial nitrification in a SBR operated under room temperature ( 16.4 to 25.5℃ ) and reduced DO conditions (0.20 to 0.80 mg/L). Average ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the influent was alternated between a low of 82.4 mg/L and a high of 303.9 mg/L. Partial nitrification was achieved following 24 continuous cycles ( 12 d) , as evidenced by 〉 50% ammonia oxidation rate and 〉90% nitrite accumulation rate. The combination of high FA (11.36 mg/L), FNA (0. 033 mg/L) and low DO ( 〈0.80 rag/L) was key to the washout of NOB. Limited aeration time was also an important control strategy to maintain stable partial nitrification in the SBR. Under the conditions of continuous flow, low ammonia-nitrogen concentration, HRT of 7 to 9 h, and adjusting aeration in each reactor compartment to 2 to 5 L/min, DO concentrations of 0.10 to 0.60 mg/L, the reactor achieved an average am monia oxidation rate of 55% and nitrite accumulation rate of 〉 95%. The effluent NO2- -N/NH; -N averaged 1.32, whieh is the ideal stoiehiometric ratio for the anaerobic ammonium oxidation ( ANAM- MOX) reaction.
