摘 要:以某地城河河网为例,根据水质改善目标与河网水力特征、调蓄能力,从技术、经济两方面综合考虑,提出了"间断引水"和"连续引水"两种方案。针对间断引水方案,分别计算了不同特征水位和不同水质改善目标条件下的首次引水流量、首次引水之后的水质维持时间和第二次及以后各次的引水流量。针对连续引水方案,分别计算了不同水质改善目标条件下、不同特征水位时的最小引水流量。根据调入流量的大小不同,从提高河网水动力特性入手,提出了"同时配水"与"轮流配水"两种方案。在保证调水配水安全的同时,根据来水量的具体情况,通过调水方案与配水方案的有机组合,最大限度地发挥调水配水改善水环境的功用。According to the goals of the improving water quality of an urban river network, the hydraulic characteristics and the flood detention storage capacity, with both technical and economic consid- erations, the two schemes "intermittent water transfer" and "continuous water transfer" were proposed. In the intermittent water transfer scheme, the first water transfer flow, water quality maintenance time af- ter the first water transfer, the second water transfer flow, and the water transfer flow about subsequent times were respectively calculated under different water levels and different targets to improve water quali- ty. in the continuous water transfer scheme, the minimum water transfer flow under different water levels and different targets to improve water quality was respectively calculated. According to the different water transfer flows, the schemes of "simultaneous water distribution" and "rotation water distribution" were given for improving the hydrodynamic characteristics of river network in plain areas. Given the safety of water transfer and distribution and according to the specific circumstances of water flow, the water transfer schemes were combined with the water distribution schemes to maximize the functions of water transfer and distribution for improving the water environment.
