摘  要:通过对实际工程中MBR运行状况的考察,总结得出其处理综合化工废水时的膜污染特征及清洗对策:由无机物及有机物引起的膜污染问题,采用NaClO+HCl的化学清洗方式最为有效;无机物污染与当地水体的本底特征密切相关,有机物污染则与进水水质变化波动情况密切相关。根据污染诱因采取必要的预防措施,才能够保证MBR经济、高效的运行。Through investigating the operation of MBR in practical projects, features of membrane fouling and cleaning methods in treatment of chemical wastewater were summarized. Chemical cleaning with NaClO and HCl is the most effective way to remove membrane fouling caused by inorganic and organic materials. Inorganic fouling is closely related to the essential features of local water, while organic fouling is closely related to the fluctuation of the influent quality. Therefore, necessary prevention measures should be taken according to the fouling cause to ensure that MBR operation is economic and effective.
