摘 要:采用灰关联层次分析方法,针对城镇污水处理厂的工艺及运行特点,建立了低碳、生态的城镇污水厂处理工艺综合评价指标体系和评价方法,并对崇明岛某污水处理厂可实施工艺进行实例分析。结果表明,应用生态工程和污泥资源化处置的方案其关联系数最大,具有较高的低碳、生态综合指数,并可通过优化运行管理进一步提升低碳、生态目标。评价方法可为建设低碳、生态的城镇污水处理厂提供依据,也为建设低碳、生态的市政公用设施提供参考。Based on the characteristics of wastewater treatment processes and their operations, an assessment index system and an assessment method of low-carbon and ecological processes in municipal wastewater treatment plants were established using grey relational analysis and analytic hierarchy process. A case study of a wastewater treatment plant in Chongming Island was carried out. The results indicated that the combination of traditional treatment process with ecological engineering and sludge reuse exhibited significant low-carbon and ecological features, which could be further improved by optimizing the management. The assessment method can provide reference for construction of low-carbon and ecological wastewater treatment plants and municipal infrastructures.
