摘  要:采用智能控制高温好氧生物发酵工艺处理城市污泥,就发酵过程中强制通风对发酵堆体温度与脱水的影响进行了研究。原位测定了发酵堆体的温度、风速、水汽通量和蒸发量。结果表明,高温期和二次升温期是堆体的风速、水汽通量和日均蒸发量的峰值时期,强制通风有效调控了堆体温度、增大了堆体的水汽通量,是主导堆体水分蒸发的重要因素。Dewatered sewage sludge was composted by control technology for bio-composting (CTB). The effects of forced aeration on the temperature and dewatering of compost pile were investigated. Temperature,, air velocity, vapor flux and evaporation were measured in situ. The results indicated that the peak values of air velocity, vapor flux and evaporation were achieved in the thermophilic phase and during the secondary temperature rise. Forced aeration controlled the pile temperature effectively and improved the water vapor flux. Forced aeration was the key factor dominating the vapor evaporation from the compost pile.
