摘  要:采用智能控制高温好氧生物发酵工艺处理城市污泥,就发酵过程中匀翻对堆体温度和脱水的影响进行了研究。试验原位测定并比较了发酵堆体匀翻前后的温度、风速、水汽通量和蒸发量。结果表明,匀翻有明显的降温作用,但对堆体脱水的影响不大。因此在污泥好氧生物发酵过程中,匀翻不宜过早过频,应以强制通风为主、匀翻为辅。Dewatered sewage sludge was composted by control technology for bio-composting (CTB). The effect of turning on the temperature and dewatering of composting pile were investigated. The temperature, air velocity, vapor flux and evaporation rate before and after turning were measured in situ and compared. The results showed that the turning cooled the pile effectively but scarcely promoted dewatering of the pile. During sewage sludge composting, early turning or frequent turning was not suggested. Forced aeration was taken as the main and turning as the subsidiary.
