摘 要:目的研制适用中国校内青少年的生活技能测定量表,为青少年生活技能评价提供良好的工具。方法采用德尔菲法并参考生活技能10项核心能力相关心理学领域的量表,在对15名公共卫生专业大学生进行预调查的基础上形成专家咨询问卷。选取13名专家进行2轮专家咨询,对量表的条目进行筛选,并对量表的信度和效度进行初步测试。结果专家的积极性较高2,轮问卷的有效回收率均为100.00%,第2轮专家权威系数均值为(0.83±0.14);2轮咨询后,专家意见的协调系数为0.231(P<0.01)。经过条目区分度分析,最终形成了包括创造性-批判性思维能力、做决策-解决问题能力、调节情绪-应对压力能力、自我认知能力、有效交流-人际关系能力、同理能力6个维度,共57个条目的青少年生活技能评价量表。量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.910,标准效度系数为0.476(P<0.01)。结论编制的青少年生活技能评价量表具有较高的可靠性,对于评价青少年生活技能水平及生活技能教育效果具有实际指导意义。Objective To develop the Life Skills Scale for school teenagers in China, and to provide instrument for the assessment. Methods Delphi method and literature review were adopted. An expert consultation questionnaire was designed based on the Life Skills Scale, which was according to psychological scales related to the 10 core life skills, then interviewed with 15 undergraduate students. After that, the author modified the items and tested the reliability and validity of the Life Skills Scale. Re- suits The experts" positivity was high and the response rates of the two-round consultation were 100.00%. The average coeffi- cient of the experts" authorities was ( 0.83+0.14 ). After the two rounds of consultation, Kendalls" W was 0.231 ( P〈0.01 ). The Secondary School Students" Life Skills Scale included 6 dimensions { creative -critical thinking skill, decision making-prob- lem solving skill, coping with emotions-coping with stress skill, effective communication-interpersonal relationship skill, self-aware- ness skill, empathy skill) and 57 items was formulated. The overall Cronbach~ s ct was 0. 910, and the standard validity coefficient was 0. 476 ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The reliability of the School Teenagers~ Life Skills Scale developed with Delphi method is relatively high and it has realistic significance for the evaluation of both the teenager" s life skills level and the life skills education effects.
