摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用技术(LC-ESI-MS)对川芎药材的乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分析鉴定。方法选用反相C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%醋酸溶剂梯度洗脱,二级管阵列(PDA)和电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)在线同时检测。结果共鉴定出13个化学成分,主要为酚酸类成分和内酯类分。结论该方法可以快速分析鉴定川芎中的化合物并提供结构信息。Objective To analyze and identify the chemical composition of Chuanxiong crude extracts by LC - ESI - MS. Methods The analysis was proceessed by means of a reversed phase C18 column and a binary mobile phase system consisting of 0.5% acetic acid and acetonitrile under gradient conditions, with PDA and ESI - MS online detection at the same time. Results Thirteen major peaks were separated and detected, main chemical components were phenolic acid components and lactones. Conclusion The method can quickly analyze and identity the compounds in Chuanxiong and provide structural information.
