复方黄连注射剂血清药理学研究

摘　　要：目的通过血清药理学方法,探讨复方黄连注射剂的体内药效学。方法以大白兔为实验动物,采用肌内注射复方黄连注射剂。给药后取不同时间的血液分离含药血清。采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含药血清中小檗碱含量,用微量稀释法和药敏纸片法测定复方黄连注射剂含药血清的抑菌能力。结果复方黄连注射剂含药血清对耐药性金葡菌具有明显的抑制作用。结论复方黄连注射剂具有体内抗菌作用。Objective To determine the pharmacodynamics of Chinese compound recipe Huanglian injection. Methods Rabbits were injected with Chinese compound Huanglian injection by intramuscular administration way. Blood serum was obtained in different time after injection. The content of berberine of compound Chinese recipe Huanglian in serum was measured by RP - HPLC method, and the inhibitory effect of pharmaceutical serum on bacterial growth was investigated by microdilution method and drug susceptibility paper disk method. Results The results showed that serum after treatment with Chinese compound recipe Huanglian injection had significant inhibition on drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Berberine is a principal component of Chinese compound recipe Huanglian injection for anti -bacterial effects.
