摘  要:目的研究姜黄素对同型半胱氨酸硫内酯(HTL)诱导融合内皮细胞株(eahy926)损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法以体外培养的eahy926细胞为研究对象,建立HTL损伤模型,检测LDH漏出量,SOD和MDA含量,通过RT-PCR法检测细胞中对氧磷酶1(PON1)mRNA,TNF-αmRNA水平。结果姜黄素可明显降低培养液中LDH活力,显著提高培养液中SOD含量,降低MDA含量;抑制HTL刺激的培养液中TNF-α浓度的升高,提高细胞中PON1mRNA水平,降低TNF-αmRNA表达。结论姜黄素对HTL诱导的eahy926细胞损伤具有一定保护作用。Objective To observe the mechanism and protective effects of Curcumin against injury of Eahy 926 Cells induced by homocysteine thiolactone(HTL) Methods Eahy 926 cells were cultured with HTL as the object of study. The contents of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), malondialdehyde ( MDA ) in medium were detected. The expression of PON 1 mRNA, TNF -a mRNA cell were estimated by RT - PCR. Results Pretreatment with curcumin obviously increased the activity of cell SOD, decreased the levels of LDH,MDA,TNF - a, up - regulated the PONlmRNA and down - regulated the TNF -a mRNA. Conclusion Curcumin has protective effects against injury of eahy926 cells induced by HTL.
