摘　　要：本文基于全国软科学研究机构统计调查数据,分析了我国软科学研究活动在总量、结构、分布等各方面的特征及其社会作用,针对目前尚存在的问题,从资源配置、组织管理等方面提出了对策建议。Analysis was conducted Based on the newest statistic data of national soft science research organizations, the paper analyzes the characteristics in volume, structure and distribution of soft science research in our country, and discusses its social effects. The paper also gives propositions to improve the soft research effectiveness of our country.
