摘　　要：数字资源一直是图书馆资源建设的重点内容,在其采购与管理过程中产生的一系列纸质及电子文档称为数字资源档案。纸质文档主要包括图书馆馆藏发展方案与各类采购文件。电子文档主要包括数字资源的基础档案、财务档案、成本档案、试用档案及数字资源新增报告、续订报告、停订报告等。数字资源档案的建设与管理反映了高校图书馆资源建设的标准化进程。Digital resources are always the key content of the library resource construction.A series of paper documents and electronic documents generated in the process of the procurement and management of digital resources are called digital resource records.Paper documents mainly include the collection development plan of libraries and various acquisition documents.Electronic documents include basic records of the digital resource collection,financial records,cost records,trial records,the new report,the renewal report and the stop report.The construction and management of digital resource records reflect the standardization degree of the resource construction in university libraries.
