摘  要:在钢筋无机聚合物混凝土梁正截面抗弯试验过程中,取得各级荷载作用下梁侧面的裂缝图片;通过数字图像的盒计数法验证了钢筋无机聚合物混凝土梁侧表面裂缝的发展和分布具有分形特征,并确定了表征裂缝不规则发展的分形维数;证明了钢筋无机聚合物混凝土梁侧表面裂缝的盒维数与荷载、跨中挠度、混凝土应变、钢筋应变之间存在定量关系。试验结果表明:分形理论可以用来描述钢筋无机聚合物混凝土梁侧表面裂缝的发展过程,分形维数与梁的力学性能之间存在定量关系。Digital pictures of beam cracks caused by different levels of loads were obtained during the process of cross-section bending test of inorganic polymer reinforced concrete beam; It is revealed that the surface-crack distribution and development of inorganic polymer rein- forced concrete beam takes on fi'actal behavior by digital image box counting method.Fractal dimensions which can characterize the irregular development of cracks were also confirmed.It is confirmed that there are quantitative relations between crack box-counting and applied load, cross-deflection, concrete strain, steel strain.Test results indicate that the fractal theory can be employed to describe the surface-crack evolving process of inorganic polymer reinforced concrete beam and there is quantitative relation between fractal dimension and mechanical properties of the beam.
