摘 要:将块状锰合金渣破碎成颗粒后制备为连续级配的锰合金渣粗集料,并以25%、50%、75%和100%的取代率取代天然粗集料以研究其对路面混凝工作性能、力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:锰合金渣粗集料的针片状颗粒含量和吸水率大于天然粗集料,但按照适当比例级配后适用于各类路面混凝土;路面混凝土的坍落度随着锰合金渣粗集料取代率的增大而有较大幅度的减小;锰合金渣粗集料取代率小于50%时对路面混凝土的力学性能和耐磨性能影响不大,取代率超过50%以后路面混凝土的力学性能和耐磨性能相对于基准组分别提高了约10%和30%,利用锰合金渣粗集料可制备性能优良的路面混凝土。Blocky manganese alloy slag was crushed into particles, subsequently were used to prepare coarse aggregate with continuous grada- tion.The influence of coarse aggregate of manganese alloy slag on workability, mechanical properties and wear resistance of pavement concretes was investigated, in which the natural coarse aggregate were replaced by the coarse aggregate of manganese alloy slag at the percentage of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively.The results show that the content of needle and plate grain and water absorption of coarse aggregate of man- ganese alloy slag are higher than that of natural coarse aggregate, coarse aggregate of manganese alloy slag could be applicable in types of pave- ment concrete when it is graded by appropriate percentage; the slump of the pavement concretes was decreased with the increase of the replace- ment ratio of coarse aggregate of manganese alloy slag;when the replacement ratio of coarse aggregate of manganese alloy slag is less than 50%, the mechanical properties and wear resistance of pavement concrete were little changed,while the replacement ratio is more than 50% ,the me- chanical properties and wear resistance of pavement concrete were improved approximately by 10% and 30% i respectively.Pavement concretes with excellent performance can be prepared by the coarse aggregate of manganese alloy slag.
