摘  要:后张预应力混凝土梁的管道压浆质量对整个梁体的结构耐久性起着至关重要的作用,是确保桥梁施工质量的一个重要控制环节。最新实施的JTG/T F50—2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》对压浆材料提出了更高、更全面的要求。在此规范要求指导下,试验选取适当的膨胀组分、减水组分、抗裂组分、引气和消泡组分、稳定组分和阻锈组分等配制了CGM-12管道压浆剂,通过流动度、抗压强度、浆体稳定性和膨胀率等指标考察了其性能。试验结果表明,CGM-12管道压浆剂具有流损小、零泌水、微膨胀等优点,完全达到或超过了JTG/T F50—2011标准的要求,具有良好的工程应用前景。The grouting quality of post-tensioned concrete plays a vital role in the durability of entire beam structure.It is an important control element for bridge construction to meet the design requirements. The new standard, technical specification for constructions of highway bridge and culvert, made a higher and more comprehensive requirements to grouting material.Under the guidance of this new standard,the test prepared CGM-12 pipeline grouting agent by expansion component, water-reducing components and anti-crack components, air entraining and anti foaming components, stability component and rust-prevention component, etc.Then the test also studied its performance by testing fluidity, compressive strength, the stability of cement slurry, expansion index.The results showed that CGM-12 pipeline grouting agent have a wonderful performance, such as low flow-loss, zero-bleeding, micro-expansion, etc.The test results fully meet or exceed the requirements of the JTG/T F50-2011,it shows that the CGM-12 pipeline grouting agent have a good prospect of engineering application.
