摘  要:目的分析博爱县中小学生生长发育水平和营养状况,提出针对性改善意见和建议。方法根据各年龄组中小学生形态指标中的身高和体重,分析其生生长发育水平;利用身高标准体重,分析中小学生营养状况,结合当地经济发展水平,提出改善措施。结果各年龄组平均体重男生均大于女生;平均身高除11岁、12岁组女生大于男生外,其余各年龄组男生均大于女生;男、女生身高、体重比较,除12岁身高外,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养不良、营养良好、超重+肥胖所占比例分别为:20.51%、52.59%、26.9%。结论博爱县中小学生身高、体重随年龄增加而上升,符合生长发育的一般规律;52.59%的中小学生营养状况良好,同时存在营养缺乏与营养结构失衡双重挑战。Objective Purpose To fnalyse the level of growth and development and mutritiunal status among the stedents in the Middle and primary School of Bo'ai and put up with some pertinent opinions and suggestion. Methods According to the stature and weight of the students of different ages, analyse their level of growth and development; Analyse their state of nutrition through the standard of stature and put up with some effectiue measures to improue it according to the local econmic developing lecel. Results Boy students' average stature and weight are bigger than those of girl students of all age groups except that the average stature of the girls of eleven and twelve years old is bigger than that of the boys .The comparison of the stature and weight between boys and girls is siggnificative in statistics (P〈0.05) txcept the stature of the 12-year-old students. The proportions of malnutrition, good nutrition, overweight and corpulence are 20.51%, 52.59% and 26.9%. Condusins The stature and weight of the students in the Primang and Middle school of Bo'ai are both increasing with their ages, which is in accord with the common law of growth and denelopment. 52.59% of the students in the Middle Primary School have good nutritional status, while at the same time there is a challenge of malnutrition and the imbalance of nutrition structure.
