摘 要:火灾发生时有害气体的释放与火势发展及人员逃生有着密切的关系,研究涂料在火灾中的发烟情况,对于提高涂料质量有一定的指导意义。该研究利用锥形量热仪(CONE)对硼酚醛饰面型防火涂料烟气情况进行了分析,并与一般市售膨胀型防火涂料、丙烯酸树脂及空白样板进行了比对。结果表明:较其他几种材料,硼酚醛防火涂料的平均产烟速率(SPR)、烟因子(SP)值和烟参数(SF)值均较小,CO释放浓度也处于较低水平,烟气毒性较小,有利于火场中人员疏散。The release of harmful gas in fire has close relation to the development of fire and personnel evacuation, and the study of smoking conditions of coatings is helpful to increase the quality of coatings. Boron- modified phenolic finishing fire retardant coating's smoke was studied by cone calorimeter (CONE), and was compared with the performance of commercially available intumescent fire retardant coatings, acrylic resin and blank sample. The results showed that compared with the other materials, the smoke production rate(SPR), the value of smoke parameter(SP) and smoke factor(SF) of boron- modified phenolic fire retardant coatings were quite low, and the CO concentration was also at a low level, the smoke was less toxic, which benefits to the personnel evacuation in fire scene.
