摘　　要：目的　观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)对原发性肾病综合征 (PNS)蛋白尿的影响。方法　静脉点滴PGE1,用药前后用双缩脲法测定 2 4h尿蛋白。结果　用药 1wk后患者 2 4h尿蛋白明显减少 ,前后对比有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 1。结论　PGE1有减少肾病综合征尿蛋白的作用。Objective To explore Prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1) curative effects on primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) with proteinuria. Methods Before and after PGE 1 was administered by intravenous drip, 24 hours urinary protein was guanitified by using biuret. Results 24 hours urinary protein of patients who had administered for one work reduced significantly when compared with the same patients who were not administered (P<0.01). Conclusions The results show that PGE 1 has therapeutic effects on PNS by decreasing urinary protein.
