摘　　要：目的 :建立HPLC法测定必酮碟泡囊剂中二丙酸培氯松的含量。方法 :采用Lichrospher 1 0 0RP 1 8色谱柱 ,乙腈 水 (75∶2 5)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 54nm。结果 :在 1 0～ 1 0 0 μg·ml 1 的范围内 ,呈良好的线性关系(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 2 % ,RSD为 0 38% (n =6)。结论 :该法简便 ,快速 。OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to determine the content of beclomethasone dipropionate in Becodisk blisters by HPLC.METHODS:The column was ODS, the mobile phase was acetonitrile water(75∶25),The wavelength of UV detector was 254 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear( r =0.9999) within the range of 10～100 μg·ml 1 for beclomethasone dipropionate,the average recovery was 100.2%, RSD was 0.38%( n =6) CONCLUSION:The method is simple,quick and suitable for the quality control of its preparation.
