抗人胸腺/淋巴细胞球蛋白在造血干细胞移植预处理中的应用(附6例报告)

摘　　要：目的：研究兔抗人胸腺细胞球蛋白（ＡＴＧ）／马抗人淋巴细胞球蛋白（ＡＬＧ）在造血干细胞移植预处理中的应用。方法：ＡＴＧ７．５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－×４ｄ或ＡＬＧ３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１×３ｄ联合其它细胞毒药物为造血干细胞移植预处理方案，观察ＡＴＧ／ＡＬＧ的临床作用和副反应。结果：通过ＤＮＡ指纹图鉴定，所有６例病人均有移植物植入成活证据。结论：基于ＡＴＧ／ＡＬＧ的骨髓非清除性造血干细胞移植预处理方案是切实可行的。Objective: To study the effect of rabbit-anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) /horse- anti- lymphocyte globulin (ALG) in allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-SCT) conditioning. Method: Conditioning with ATG 7.5 mg·kg-1·d-1-1× 4d or ALG 30 mg ·kg-1· d-1× 3 d and other cytotoxicity agents for allo-SCT, investigated the therapy of ATG/ALG and their side effects. Results: All 6 patients showed evidence of engraftment as determined by DNA fingerprint. Conclusion: Conditioning regimens based on ATG/ ALG for allo-SCT are effective and well tolerated.
