左旋肉硷对高脂血症的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨对有肝损害的高脂血症（脂肪肝）的治疗。方法：８例有肝损害的原发性高脂血症病人，每天静脉点滴左旋肉硷３克，１周为一疗程。比较用药前后血脂水平和肝功能的变化。结果：用药后甘油三脂、总胆固醇分别从６．１６±４．４９、６．６５± ０．４１降到２．７８ ± ２．０１、５．９３±０．５４（Ｐ＜０．０５）。黄疸指数恢复正常，转氨酶活性降低９％～１６％。结论：左旋肉硷能改善脂质代谢异常，保护肝功能。Objective: To investigate a safe and effective therapy in hyperlipidemia with fatty liver. Methods: 8 cases of primary hyperlipidemia with different degree hepatic functional impairment, were admin- istered 3 g/d L-camitine i. v. dirp for a week. Serum levels of lipids, lipiproteins, bilirubins and transami- nase activities were determined and compared before and after therapy. Results: After therapy, we found a decrease in triglycerides, cholesterol serum levels from 6.16 ± 4.49, 6.65 ±0.41 to 2.78 ± 2.01, 5.93 ± 0.54 respectively (P <0.05) . We observed a nomalization of bilirubins serum levels and a decresease by 9%- 10% transaininase activities. Conclusions: Our results seem to confirm the importance of L-carnitine in improving metabolic disturbance and reversing hepatic impairment.
