摘　　要：目的:调查未婚早期人工流产女性的心理状况,探讨未婚女性心理护理方法。方法:对1 045例未婚人工流产女性在术前1 h进行SCL-90症状自评量表调查,分析不同地区、民族、学历、人工流产次数和手术方式的心理状况的差异。结果:不同地区和手术方式的未婚人工流产女性的心理状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同民族、学历和人工流产次数其心理状况不同(P<0.05)。结论:未婚人工流产女性普遍存在心理问题,需重视其心理状况;同时应针对民族、学历和人工流产次数不同进行有侧重的心理护理。Objective： To investigate the psychological status of unmarried women receiving artificial abortion during the first trimester of pregnancy, explore the psychological nursing methods for unmarried women. Methods： SCL - 90 was used to survey 1 045 unmarried women at one hour before artificial abortion, then the differences of psychological status were compared among the unmarried women of different areas, nationalities, educational levels, times of artificial abortion, and surgical modes. Results： There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status of unmarried women receiving artificial abortion among different areas and surgical modes （ P 〉 0.05 ） , the psychological status of unmarried women of different nationalities, educational levels, and times of artificial abortion varied （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The unmarried women receiving artificial abortion had psychological problems commonly, which needs more attention; psychological nursing should be performed targeting to the unmarried women of different nationalities, educational levels, and times of artificial abortion.
