摘　　要：随着大陆与我国台湾地区的经贸发展,两岸经贸纠纷呈不断上升趋势。为便捷高效地解决两岸经贸纠纷,保护各方当事人的合法权益,本文深入研究调解、仲裁和诉讼等纠纷解决方式的不同作用,结合两岸经贸纠纷特点,将各种纠纷解决方式有效衔接,力图构建两岸经贸纠纷多元化解决机制。With the economic and trade developing of cross-tai wan strait,cross-strait trade disputes increase continuously.For resolving cross-strait trade disputes conveniently and efficiently and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and to further promote cross-strait trade,the paper study in-depth on mediation,arbitration and litigation and other dispute resolution methods and convergence effectively of various dispute resolution methods,we will try to construct multi-factor dispute resolution mechanism on economics and trade dispute of cross-tai-wan strait.
