摘　　要：知识产权经营是企业获得与维持竞争优势的有力武器。创新型国家企业知识产权经营得到国家知识产权战略的强有力支持,由防御阶段向更高阶段跨越;知识产权成为企业重要的商业与策略工具;企业具有高效的知识产权管理部门与沟通渠道,重视知识产权人才培养,给我们很多启示。The management of the intellectual property rights is enterprises＇ powerful weapon of obtaining and maintaining competitive advantage.The innovation country＇s intellectual property rights strategy supports the management of the enterprise intellectual property rights powerfully.It spans from the defense stage to the higher stage.Intellectual property rights become the enterprise＇s important trade and strategy tool;Enterprises of the innovation country have the highly effective intellectual property control section and communication channel,value the intellectual property rights personnel training.It inspires us much.
