摘  要:提出并构建了安徽电力节能减排全过程、全时序框架。利用火电机组节能减排监测技术支持系统获得的供电煤耗、烟气排放(二氧化硫)、热电监测、资源综合利用信息,实现年度节能发电计划编制、发电权交易平台指标交易、节能优化调度(日计划生成)以及节能优化调度实时控制,从而实现电力节能减排的全过程控制。实际应用表明安徽电力节能减排工作产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。It is proposed that Anhui energy saving and emission reduction should be constructed in full process and se- quence. Based on generation monitoring system of energy saving and emission reduction in Anhui province, the date and information such as power supply coal consumption, flue gas, thermoelectricity monitor and resource comprehen- sive utilization can be got. So, energy saving of yearly generate electricity plan, generate guideline exchange in trading platform, energy saving dispatching of morrow generate electricity plan and real-time control can be realized. Integrated mathematic mode of morrow generate electricity plan is established that include power supply coal consump- tion, flue gas ( S02 ) , thermoelectrieity monitoring, resource comprehensive utilization and electrical power network loss in generation monitoring system of energy saving and emission reduction. So, morrow generate electricity saving plan can be automate gained. It include on-line power network loss compute and optimization module, coal generator plan automate make module and security check module. Based on generate electricity saving plan, generator monito- ring information and electrical power network compute result, active power optimization control can be realized through by automatic generator control. Also, reactive power optimization control which include generator and transmit can be realized through automatic voltage control. It is indicated that good economy benefit and social benefit can be brought out through Anhui energy saving and emission reduction.
