摘  要:构建了一套核电建设项目费用控制影响因素指标体系,采用模糊AHP模型计算各级影响因素指标的权重,并且构造隶属度矩阵,确定各个一二级影响因素指标的隶属度,以及各个阶段的评分,从而确定出决策阶段是核电建设项目费用控制的关键阶段,项目建设规模是所有具体影响因素中最为重要的因素。因此应当在核电建设费用控制的过程中对两者进行重点控制,以提高核电建设费用控制的效率。An index system of influencing factors for nuclear power construction project cost control is established, and the weights of the influencing factor indexes in all levels are calculated by fuzzy AHP model. What is more, a mem- bership matrix is constructed to determine the membership of all influencing factor indexes of the first and second level and the scores of all phases. Thus it is shown that the decision phase is the key stage in the cost control of nuclear power construction project, and that the project construction scale is the most important factor among all the specific influencing factors. Therefore, they should be under key control in the course of cost control in order to improve the efficiency of the cost control of the nuclear power construction.
