摘　　要：对电网建设项目进度风险进行了识别,继而基于粗糙集理论,利用等价类和分辨矩阵等概念计算进度风险因素的相关系数以及建立分辨矩阵,对多个已完成和在建项目的进度风险关系进行了分析,从而为电网建设项目的进度风险管理提供了有力依据,为风险的传递研究打下基础。From the perspective of construction enterprises, this paper identified the schedule risk of grid construction project; then based on rough set theory, this research calculated the correlation coefficient and formulated discernible matrix of schedule risk factors by using the concept of equivalence class and discernible matrix. Finally, the relation- ship of schedule risks in several projects both completed and in progress was analyzed. This research could provide a strong basis for grid construction project schedule risk management, as well as for the further risk transmission re- search.
