摘  要:在对大面积停电事故抢修及后续恢复工作分析的基础上,建立了能应用于大面积停电事故抢修的评价指标体系。采用基于初级权重与三角模糊数的改进层次分析法,运用初级权重初步量化指标的重要程度,形成距离判断矩阵,再以三角模糊数将距离判断矩阵模糊化处理后计算各指标权重,并结合模糊综合评价对多指标进行综合量化评价。通过对一次具体停电事故抢修后进行评价为例,验证了该评价指标体系及评价方法的有效性与实用性。The evaluation index system of the emergency repair after large-scale blackouts is established, based on the analysis of the repair and subsequent recovery work. And a new way is proposed to determine the weight of each index using the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP) based on the primary weight and the triangular fuzzy numbers. The primary weight is utilized to quantify the importance of indices preliminarily, forming distance judgment matrix; then, the triangular fuzzy numbers are used for the fuzzy treatment of the matrix to calculate the weight of each index. Besides, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is combined to quantify and evaluate the multiple indices. Finally, an exam- ple is given to test the application of the evaluation index system and it proves the efficiency and practicality of the proposed method.
