摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对ICU气管插管患者导管留置时间和并发症的影响。方法选取2009年10月～2011年10月期间,广东医学院附属医院ICU行气管插管患者82例,用随机数字表法将82例患者分为实验组(41例)和对照组(41例),对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予护理干预,并比较两组患者的导管留置时间和相关并发症。结果实验组患者导管留置时间长、并发症少,对照组则相反,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在延长导管留置时间和减少并发症方面具有重要作用,是值得推广的护理模式。Objective To study the effects of nursing interventions on retaining time of the tube and complication for patients in ICU. Methods 82 patients with endotracheal intubation from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College, between October 2009 and October 2011, were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to numerical table. The control group （41 patients） received usual care, while the experimental group（41 patients ） received nursing interventions by nurses. The retaining time of the tube and complication of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The retaining time of the tube in experimental group was longer than that of the patients in control group, while complications was contrary. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effec tively prolong the retaining time of the tube and decrease the complication for patients in ICU.
