重度闭合性脑损伤的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预措施对重度闭合性脑损伤患者的临床效果。方法回顾分析40例重度闭合性脑损伤患者的临床资料,在治疗期间进行护理干预。结果愈4例,显效25例,有效11例,无效4例,有效率90.0%。无不良反应发生。结论对重度闭合性脑损伤患者进行有计划的护理干预,可以提高抢救成功率和成活率,减少并发症和致死率。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nursing interventions on severe closed head injury patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data for 40 cases with severe closed head injury patients were done for nursing intervention during treatment. Results 4 cases cured, 25 cases markedly effective, 11 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, effective rate was 90.0 %. No adverse reactions occurred. Conclusions The effective first aid and nursing interventions can improve the rescue efficiency, resulting in increasing the survival rate of patients, reduce patient disability and mortality, reduce complications, irrlprove patientg quality of life, extend a patient＇s life.
