慢性肾衰竭患者延长中药保留灌肠时间的护理方法及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾衰竭患者延长中药保留灌肠时间的方法及临床疗效。方法将78例行中药保留灌肠的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,采用不同肛管型号、不同插入深度、不同体位的灌肠,对比观察保留灌肠的时间,比较不同方法灌肠后患者血肌酐变化。结果观察组较对照组保留时间明显延长(P<0.01),且观察组患者肌酐下降较对照组明显(P<0.01)。结论选择左侧卧位抬高臀部10cm、相对细软的肛管、增加插管的深度,能明显增加中药保留时间,且提高了治疗效果。Objective To explore the effective nursing method and effectiveness of extending traditional Chinese drug retention-enema time on chronic renal failure. Methods 78 patients with chronic renal failure treated by traditional Chinese drug retention enema were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 patients each. They were suf{ered from different anal tube model, inser- tion depth, and body position of enema, and the retention time and serum creatine was analyzed hy com- parison. Results Compared with control group, the retention time of observation group was extended statistically significant （P ~ 0.01）, and the serum creatine decreased statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The traditional Chinese drug retention-enema time will be extended and the therapeutic effect will be improved with proper body position, relatively delicate anal tube and increasing insertion depth.
