摘 要:目的 采用套管连接血管技术制作大鼠颈部心脏移植的模型 ,减少手术并发症 ,提高术后存活率。方法 SD大鼠为受体 ,Wistar大鼠为供体。将供心的无名动脉和肺动脉分别与受体的右颈总动脉和右颈外静脉行套管法连接。结果 正式实验 2 10次 ,手术成功率 97%。该方法只需一人操作 ,手术时间和供心热缺血时间显著缩短 ,避免了吻合口出血 ,提高了血管通畅率 ,手术成功率明显提高。Objectives To develop a model of rat cervical heart transplantation by using a cuff technique to reduce operating complications and increase the postoperative survival rate. Methods SD rats served as recipients and Wistar as donors. The donor brachiocephalic trunk (innominate) and pulmonary artery were anastomosed to the recipient right common carotid artery and right external jugular vein respectively. Results The successful rate of 210 formal transplantations was 97%. Operations were performed by one surgeon. The time of procedure and the warm ischemic time of the donor heart were obviously shortened. Complications such as anastomosis leakage or stenosis were avoided. The postoperative survival rate was increased. Conclusions Development of this new model of rat heterotopic cervical heart transplantation was a simple and useful technique for organ transplantation research.
