诊断超声对人早孕绒毛增殖细胞核抗原的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨诊断超声对人早孕绒毛增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的影响。方法 :选取 10 5例孕 6～ 8周健康妇女 ,以 3.5 MHz诊断 B型超声波经下腹持续照射孕囊 10分钟或 2 0分钟 ,分组于照后不同时间行人工流产术取绒毛 ,用流式细胞仪定量检测绒毛 PCNA表达水平。结果 :早孕绒毛 PCNA表达平均百分含量为 12 .5 3,与孕妇年龄、产次无关 ;超声照射 10分钟后 2 4小时及照射 2 0分钟后 1、 4、 8、 16、 2 4小时绒毛 PCNA表达水平与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用诊断超声对早孕绒毛 PCNA表达无影响。Objective:To study the effect of diagnostic ultrasound on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)of chorionic villis at human early pregnancy.Methods:One hundred and five early pregnancy women were exposed to transabdominal diagnostic ultrasound for 10 or 20 minutes,then the chorionic villis were obtained by artificial abortion at 24 hours after 10 minutes and at 1、4、8、16、24 hours respectively after 20 minutes exposoure The expression values of PCNA of all samples were analysed by flow cytometer.Results:The mean expression value of PCNA of early pregnancy chorionic villi cells is 12 53%,which is not relative to the pregnacy womens′age and number of childbirth There was no significant difference in the expression value of PCNA between 10 minutes exposure and the control,and no significant differences among samples at 1,4,8,16 and 24 hours respectively after 20 minutes exposoure and the control.Conclusion:The diagnostic ultrasound has no effect on the PCNA expression of human early pregnancy chorionic villis.
