摘 要:目的:探讨用内毒素复制家兔气分证及营血分证模型的可行性。方法:采用耳缘静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素的方法复制气分证及营血分证模型,观察不同证型家兔症状和体征的变化,发热净增值的平均值。并处死后取脏器,光镜下观察心、肝、脾、肺、胸腺、脑等脏器组织的病理学改变。结果:气分组和营血分组兔最终发热净增值均高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),内毒素造模后家兔的症状、体征及脏器组织的病理改变均与温病气分证及营血分证表现相似。结论:内毒素致家兔气分证及营血分证模型的造模方法具有可行性。Objective: To investigate the feasibility of the Qi-aspect Pattern and nutrient-blood-aspect Pattern model of Rabbits Made by injected LPS. Methods: The model rabbits were injected LPS from auricular vein to made the Qi Stage Syn- drome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome. Then to observe changes of symptoms and signs and the average of net value added of fever. Taking organs after death, observe the pathology changes of heart,liver,spleen,lung,thymus and brain under microscope.. Results: The average of net value added of fever on Qi-aspect Pattern and nutrient-blood-aspect Pattern model is higher than that of the model group(P〈0.01). The symptoms,signs and pathology changes of organs of the model of Rabbits were similar with QiStage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome. Conclusion: To make the Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome model of Rabbits with by injecting LPS was feasible.
