三种不同内固定法治疗锁骨骨折62例临床疗效的分析

摘　　要：目的:观察三种不同内固定法治疗锁骨骨折临床疗效及安全性。方法:将62例锁骨骨折患者随机分成三组,其中15人接受双克氏针钢丝环绕法治疗,钢板螺钉内固定处理17例,30人应用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗。从手术时间、优良率、愈合时间、术中出血及并发症等指标进行评价。结果:三种内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折组的手术时间、愈合时间、术中出血差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),镍钛记忆合金环抱器组的术后并发症与双克氏针钢丝环绕法组及钢板螺钉内固定处理组相比,有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折的优良率与其它两组相比,有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛记忆合金环抱器法治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效优于双克氏针钢丝环绕法、钢板螺钉内固定法。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of three internal fixation ways for 62 patients with clavicular fracture.Methods：62 patients with clavicular fracture were randomly divided into the Wire winding two Kirschner group（WWK group）,the plate screw group（PS group） and NITI memory alloy encircling device group（NTMAS group）.15 patients were treated by Wire winding two Kirschner,and 17 patients were treated by plate and screw,and another 30 patients were cured with NITI memory alloy encircling device.we assessed the clinical efficacy and safety according to operation time,union time,complications,bleeding amount and excellent and good rate.Results：There was no statistical difference in operation time,union time and bleeding amount between the three group（P0.05）;NTMAS group showed significantly statistical differences in postoperative complications with the other two groups（P 0.05）.The excellent and good cure rate of the curing clavicular fracture was also significantly higher in NTMAS group than the WWK group and PS group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：NITI memory alloy encircling device is more effective and excellent to treat clavicular fracture than the Wire winding two Kirschner as well as the plate and screw.
