摘　　要：信息效律是信息效应规律的简称。本文所论及的信息效律,是指信息效应规律中规律性程度较高、规律强度较强的规律性现象,不包括信息效域和信息效度。信息效律主要有条件律、相对律、相关(正相关或负相关)律和自由(非强制)律,分别对信息控制、信息态度、信息策略和信息制度具有基础性的理论指导意义。Information efficiency is the abbreviation of information effect rule. Information efficiency men- tioned in this paper refers to regular phenomena whose degree is high and strong, which is exclusive of information effect domain and information validity. Information efficiency includes mainly four parts： condi- tion rule, relativity rule, correlation rule（positive correlation or negative correlation）and freedom rule（op- tional）. All these four have fundamentally instructive effects on information controlment, information attitude, information strategy and information institution.
