摘  要:目的:采用HPLC测定5个不同批号回心草药材中对羟基桂皮酸的含量。方法:采用DIKMA Platisil ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-1%乙酸水(20∶80),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长310 nm,柱温30℃。结果:对羟基桂皮酸在0.08~0.4μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为95.7%~104.0%;5个不同批号回心草中对羟基桂皮酸的平均含量为0.111 5 mg.g-1。结论:该方法简便快速,分离效果好,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于回心草药材的质量控制。Objective: To determine the content of p-hydroxycinnamic in 5 batch Slices of Rhodobryum giganteum by HPLC. Method: DIKMA Platisil ODS Cls (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% acetic acid water (20: 80). Flow rate was 1.0 mL .min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 310 rim. Column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: p-Hydroxycinnamic had a good linear relationship (r = 0. 999 9) in the 0.08-0.4 μg range, the average recovery was 95.7% -104.0%. The average content of p-hydroxycinnamic in 5 batch slices of R. giganteum determined was 0. 111 5 mg .g-1 Conclusion: The method was simple, fast, and had a good separation, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and could be used for the quality control of R. giganteum.
