广金钱草排石汤对输尿管结石ESWL术后的止痛及排石作用

摘　　要：目的:观察广金钱草排石汤治疗输尿管结石体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)术后止痛和促进排石的效果。方法:将入选输尿管结石ESWL术后患者86例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各43例,治疗组服用广金钱草排石汤,对照组注射黄体酮,记录两组疼痛消失和排净结石时间。结果:治疗组疼痛消失时间(9±4.1)h短于对照组(11±6.4)h(P<0.05),治疗组排净结石时间(7±3.1)d短于对照组(10±3.8)d(P<0.01)。结论:广金钱草排石汤治疗输尿管结石ESWL术后止痛和促进排石效果显著。Objective： To observe the effects of lithagogue decoction of Herba Desmodii on relieving pain and lithagogue after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy （ESWL） surgery. Method： Eighty-six patients with ESWL surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （43 cases） and the control group （43 cases）. The treatment group was orally given lithagogue decoction of Herba Desmodii, while the control group was injected progesterone. The pain-relieving time and the lithagogue time were recorded respectively in the two groups. Result： The pain-relieving time in the treatment group （9 ± 4.1 ） h was shorter significantly than that in the control group （11 ±6.4） h （P〈0.05）. The lithagogue time in the treatment group （7 ±3.1） d was shorter significantly than that in the control group （ 10 ± 3.8） d （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The lithagogue decoction of Herba Desmodii has both pain-relieving and lithagogue effects after ESWL surgery.
