摘 要:针对废弃羊毛纤维的特点,将棉纺设备与毛纺设备进行组合,确定棉纺转杯纺为废弃羊毛纤维纺纱工艺流程,采用毛纺织造和染整工艺流程,针对加工过程的关键步骤如原料适纺性、转杯纺、后整理洗呢、起毛、缩绒等进行研究,摸索出一套适合废弃羊毛纤维批量生产的工艺技术及质量控制方法。并对生产出的纱线及织物力学性能进行了测试,结果表明,各项性能完全可以满足服用要求。In this paper,the cotton spinning equipment was combined with wool spinning equipment according to the characters of waste wool fiber. The cotton rotor-spun was determined for the spinning process of waste wool fiber. The weave of wool spinning and the dyeing and finishing process were chosen. According to some key steps in process, such as the spinning property of materials, rotor-spun, washing and finishing, fluffing, fulling and so on, the process technology and quality control methods to batch produce of waste wool fiber were found. The mechanical properties of yarn and fabric produced by the process were tested, and the properties were satisfied with the requirements of dressing in result.
