段染花式纱线毛衫组织花纹特点研究

摘　　要：介绍国内外花式纱线毛衫设计和生产现状,指出当前花式毛衫研发受局限的原因;选取不同长度的段染纱线,通过实验对比手法,进一步分析段染花式纱线在基本组织中不同幅宽情况下呈现出不同形状花纹的特点,并得出段染纱线变化和段染纱线循环长度,纱线段染比例,织物的幅宽及织物组织有密切关系的结论,探讨了段染花式纱线在基本组织中织物花纹的变化规律及主要影响因素,对毛衫产品的开发及提升具有重要的现实意义。This paper introduces the domestic and foreign fancy yarn ,sweater design and production status, and points out limited reasons in the current fancy sweater development. Select of the different length of dyed yarn, through the experiment contrast methods, further analysis section fancy yarn dyed in basic stitch different width of the present different shape decorative pattern characteristics, and that the period of dyed yarn, dyed yarn cycle changes and section length, dyed yarn segment proportion, fabric width and fabric of the stitch that there is a close relationship between conclusion. Fancy yarn dyed fabric in basic stitch pattern change rule and the major effect factor, the conclusion to the development of the product and improve wool has an important practical significance.
