摘 要:针对国外一种利用双转筒来完成纤维梳理和转移的回转式精梳机专利技术,该专利声称其速度可达2 000钳次/min以上。首先对2种喂给装置进行分析,验证了该专利技术并不能实现精梳机所要求对纤维两头梳理剔除短绒的功能。根据专利所给参数,并以转筒直径D=0.3 m为例,主要从转筒精梳机的设计要求、工作原理、机构参数、纤维束转移时间、纤维交接过程和钳板驱动装置等几方面进行分析,论证了该专利技术的可行性较小,很难实现精梳机的工艺功能。Aiming to a foreign published patent of the rotary combing machine transferring and combing fiber with double drums, The patent claims that its productivity can reach 2 000 times/min. First, a demonstration for the feasibility of feeding device is presented in this paper. It is stated that it can not comb out hinters. According to the parameters in the published patent, and taking the Drum diameter D = 0.3 m for example, a demonstration for the feasibility of the rotary combing machine based on design requirement, operating principle, mechanism parameters, time for fiber connection, fiber connection process and nipper actuating device is presented in this paper. It is stated that the combing function cannot be achieved by the technology mentioned in the published patent and the feasibility of the rotary combing machine is unlikely.
