摘　　要：目的介绍一种治疗髌骨粉碎骨折的内固定新方法并观察其治疗效果。方法以钢丝半环扎并通过二枚纵向插入髌骨的克氏针反折呈“８”字桥接于胫骨结节的方法治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折３１例。结果全部获随访，平均随访时间２年５个月。术后无钢丝断裂及骨折再移位发生。平均骨折愈合时间８．５周。膝关节功能恢复满意。结论该方法是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的一种有效、可靠的手术方法。To Introduce a new method of internal fixation for patellar comminuted fracture and observe its efficacy. Methods 31 patellar comminuted fracture cases were treated with semicircle wires bridging the tibial tubercle. Results All the cases were followed up for 2. 5 years and it was found that no wire snap and displacement were observed with the average healing time of 8. 5 weeks. The knee joint had satisfactory functional restoration. Conclusion The new method was effective and reliable for the treatment of patellar comminuted fractures.
