摘 要:采用室内盆栽方式研究中山杉406(Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan406’)在5 cm与10 cm两种淹水水平下对轻度、中度、重度富营养化水体营养物质的去除效能。结果表明,中山杉406在3种水体中生长良好,其对N的吸收量显著高于自来水的对照处理。中山杉对水体N、CODMn的去除率随着取样时间的延长而升高;且40 d时,3种水体中山杉处理的TN与CODMn去除率显著高于各自未种植物的空白处理,其中在轻度富营养化水体分别高出53%、7%,在中度富营养化水体分别高出10%、9%,在重度富营养化水体分别高出8%、16%。除中度富营养化水体10 cm淹水水平外,其余水体中山杉处理的TN质量浓度均低于国家地表水环境质量标准II类水质的标准限值(0.5 mg/L)。中山杉406的P含量在自来水的对照处理与3种富营养化水体之间没有显著差异;同样,种植中山杉406并没有显著影响3种富营养化水体P的去除率。可见,中山杉406对3种不同程度富营养化水体的N等营养物质有较强的去除能力。The present paper is to introduce our experimental investigation of the removal efficiency of nutrients at different degrees in three kinds of eutrophic water and its relation with the growth of Taxodium 'Zhongshanshan 406'. Our investigation has been done through pot experiments at 5 cm and 10 cm flooding levels. The results of our experiments show that no significant difference in the growth of T. ' Zhongshanshan 406' can be found among the three kinds of the said water. The N uptake by the plants under testing proves much greater (p 〈 0.05) in eutrophic water treatments than in the controlled contrast treatment which is flooded with the tap water. The increasing trends of the removing efficiency of T. ' Zhongshanshan 406' on N and CODMn were traced with the sampling time going on. It has been found that the removal rates of TN and CODM, prove to be noticeably greater (p 〈 0.05) in the medium and high eutrophic water than in the lower eutrophic water. However, the increasing rates were remarkably higher (p 〈 0.05 ) in the pot-planted T. 'Zhongshanshan 406' than in those without plants in the three kinds of tested water, respectively, in the harvesting season. As compared with the unplanted pot, T. ' Zhongshanshan 406' helped to increase TN and CODMn, removal rates by 53 % and 7 % respectively in the low eutrophic water, and by 10% and 9%, respectively, in medium-lev- el eutrophic water, with the increase of 8% and 16% , respectively, in high eutrophic water. Except for the 10 cm flooding level of medium eutrophic water, the concentrations of TN in the water in which T. 'Zhongshanshan 406' were planted lower than 0.5 mg/L, the minimum value for TN of Grade II water according to the Environ- mental Quality Standards for Surface Water. However, no significant difference in P absorption by T. 'Zhongshanshan 406' was detected between the control and those tested eutrophic water treatments. Thus, no significant effect of T. ' Zhongshanshan 406' can be found
