摘  要:提出了一种基于W-iFi无线通信技术的瓦斯传感器。该无线瓦斯传感器以W-iFi无线芯片GS1010作为核心控制器件,采用锂电池供电方式,具有瓦斯传感器、V/F转换器、无线传输模块、键盘和LCD液晶屏。硬件精度试验和通信质量试验证明,该瓦斯传感器测量精确,通信可靠。The given paper would like to introduce our research and design model for the wireless gas sensor for coal-mining purpose based on Wi - Fi. As a matter of fact, in the coal mining safety technology application actuality, traditional cable type for gas-prospecting work, especially, the gas monitoring system, proves to be cumbersome, in- convenient and sophisticated in setting up its network, in addition to the great working load in maintenance and prone to various likely-to- come about interferences. All the above said inconveniences can be relieved if wireless communication systems were ta be adopted and equipped for the signal-transmission and delivery. It is just for the above mentioned reasons that we have chosen Wi - Fi wireless com- munication technology, to be exact, the wireless gas sensor to heighten the efficiency of the current communication methods. The socalled wireless gas sensor under discussion takes GS1010 chip as its core control device, attaching full attention to the display of its anli- interference ability and intricacies in assembling the needed net- works, consumption, the complexity of the circuits, volume, life- time, etc. The whole design of its hardware circuits may include the core processing circuit, the gas detecting circuit, the voltage/frequency conversion circuit, the matrix keyboard and liquid crystal display circuit. While MAX232 is adopted by the GS1010 chip, that is,the core control device, it can register the information and data it re- ceives into the chip inside in C language form, then the whole design of the software can be said basically accomplished. Practically speak- ing, in the condition of an underground mine, the communication by the coal miners through Wi - Fi technology is likely hampered by the electromagnetic wave decay, noise disturbance, and multipath effect, and, as a result, the whole coal mine tends to be a complicated system and a special area for signal travelling, which can be taken as wireless communication system via the wireless gas sensor.
