摘　　要：采用戊二醛法制备三聚氰胺-BSA偶联抗原,胶体金标记三聚氰胺单克隆抗体,建立了检测三聚氰胺的胶体金免疫层析试验。结果显示,该试验具有良好的敏感性,胶体金免疫层析试验对鲜奶、奶粉和饲料样品中三聚氰胺的最低检测量分别为1.0、2.0和2.5μg/g,该法适合现场快速检测三聚氰胺。In the current study, melamine-BSA was prepared using glutaraldehyde coupling method, and then the melamine specific antibody is labeled with colloidal gold, after that a colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay was established to detect melamine in milk and feed samples. The method has good sensitivity, and the limits of detection（LOD） for milk,milk powder and feed samples are 1.0,2. 0 and 2.5 txg/g, respectively, so it is very simple and convenient to detect melamine rapidly on the spot.
