摘　　要：1病例报告患者,男,22岁,主诉反复双侧鼻塞、流脓涕伴左侧剧烈头痛7d。7d前患者无明显诱因出现双侧鼻塞、头痛,呈持续性放射性痛,以左额部、颞部疼痛明显,头痛无明显时间性,双鼻有少量脓涕。体温不高,自行口服止痛药物治疗4d。Summary By analyzing the diagnosis and treatment of a patient who suffered from painful ophthalmoplegia and acute rhinosinusitis, authors further identified the clinical features of painful ophthalmoplegia, and the differential diagnosis of those diseases which might cause migraine and ophthalmoplegia to avoid clinical misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
