摘  要:利用有机醇盐水解法合成了TiO2溶胶,采用溶胶-凝胶法在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了TiO2薄膜。通过XRD、SEM等分析技术对涂层的表面结构和组织进行表征,并探讨了该涂层的耐腐蚀性能及涂覆次数对腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:以钛酸丁酯为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,盐酸和去离子水的混合液为稳定剂,可制备出均匀透明的TiO2溶胶;3.5%NaCl水溶液动电位极化曲线试验表明,TiO2薄膜提高了镁合金表面的耐腐蚀性。A contained TiO2 coating was prepared using the sol-gel method on the surface of AZ91D alloy.Through XRD,SEM and other analytical techniques,the structure and the microstructure of the surface of the coating were described.The results indicate that using TPOT as raw materials,ethanol as solvent,deionized water and hydrochloric acid mixture as stabilizing agent,a pale yellow,uniform,transparent TiO2 sol can be prepared.The results of the test of 3.5%NaCl aqueous solution to take electrokinetic potential polarization curve show that the corrosion resistance of the substrate is improved by a contained TiO2 coating.
