扫描速度对45钢表面激光改性层组织及性能的影响

摘  要:采用激光加工机对45钢表面进行不同扫描速度下的相变硬化处理,采用金相显微镜观察组织形貌,用硬度计、摩擦磨损测量仪进行力学性能测试。结果表明:改性层微观组织由表层至基体依次为相变硬化区和过渡区。相变硬化区组织为典型马氏体组织,过渡区由马氏体+半马氏体及少量原始基体组织构成。扫描速度为8 mm/s时,改性层硬度值最大(40.3 HRC),耐磨性最佳,单位面积磨损质量损失为41.62 mg/cm2。The surface transformation hardening of 45 steel was carried out with different scanning speed.The microstructure was observed by metalloscope,the mechanical properties were measured by sclerometer and frictional wearing machine.The results show that from the surface to the matrix in the modified layer structure,there are transformation hardened zone and transitional zone.The transformation hardened zone is the typical martensite structure,while the transitional zone includes martensite plus half martensite and a few original matrix structures.When the scanning speed is 8 mm/s,the hardness of the modified layer is highest,namely 40.3 HRC,and the abrasive resistance is best,the per-unit of the wear mass loss is 41.62 mg/cm2.
